Our story.
Ben Edinger and Mike Johnson each began their own engineering and product development firms in 2006 and 2008. Early on, they found themselves collaborating regularly on various client accounts – drawing on each other’s strengths and similar philosophies for getting work done. With so much history pointing to a natural partnership, Ben and Mike joined forces to launch Esox Engineering in 2020.
Their shared passion for mentoring – combined with the demand from their customers – developed into the core principles of a client-driven, career development approach they coined as Esox Talent Evolution.
